I had such an amazing experience reading to the students at Felicitas Mendez International School in Tulsa, thanks to the generous support of Project Elf and Lonergan Advisors, LLC.
Not only did I get to share a story with the kids, but I also had the chance to walk them through the process of creating a book—writing, illustrating, and publishing. Their curiosity and excitement were so inspiring!
To make the day even more special, each grade received a set of three books for their classroom libraries. It’s such a joy to know these books will encourage a love of reading and storytelling for years to come!
Family Literacy Night
I’m so grateful for the opportunity to give 200 books to children at Hilldale Elementary - Putnam City during their Trunk or Treat event last week! This was all made possible through a wonderful collaboration with University of Central Oklahoma and their Bilingual Education Project. It was a true joy to connect with my Hispanic community here in Oklahoma, representing them as a bilingual author and publisher.

What an honor it was to speak at a parent workshop at Western Gateway Elementary School (@westerngatewayes), where I shared the story behind my journey of writing bilingual books for children and the powerful benefits of reading to kids in both languages.
A big thank you to Western Gateway Elementary School for their commitment to literacy and bilingual education. They generously purchased my bilingual books so that families at WG can receive them free of charge. I am deeply grateful for this incredible opportunity! Advanced Spanish Summer Camp
We will be working with students who have already mastered the basics and are ready to advance further. We will translate a poem of their choice into Spanish and analyze Psalm 23 from the Jesus Storybook Bible. This will help them expand their vocabulary, engage in meaningful discussions, and reinforce basic language skills like introducing themselves and sharing personal details.
*The cost for this camp is $150/student.

Beginner Spanish Summer Camp
We will focus on teaching essential communication skills, including Spanish vowels, the ABCs, numbers 1-20, basic greetings, colors, and how to share eight simple facts about themselves. Additionally, we'll learn basic table vocabulary while sitting at the table. All of this will be done in a fun, interactive way that ensures your kids have a blast while learning.
